Robbins LLP is currently investigating whether Polestar officers and directors violated securities laws and breached their fiduciary duties to shareholders by taking part in a potentially biased SPAC process. The firm launched the investigation after the June 2022 acquisition of Polestar was finalised, which made the company's shares begin trading on NASDAQ under ticker symbol PSNY at $13.00 each. Since then, their price has dropped to around $3.50 per share.
