Waylands Automotive have become a part of the Polestar performance EV retail network in Bristol. The association marks an important milestone, one that strengthens Waylands’ presence in the area. Waylands have worked hard to become part of the reputable network, and are looking forward to providing even better services with this partnership.

Waylands Automotive will be incorporating the Polestar brand into their portfolio this year in order to increase their physical presence, with Volvo and Kia already included. The goal is to expand their business and open up six locations throughout the UK.

New figures reveal that Polestar sold more than 7,000 vehicles in 2022, which brings the total above 12,000 un the UK alone.  This is a significant increase from previous years.

Polestar reported in the fourth quarter of 2022 delivering around 21,000 vehicles, which brings the estimated worldwide volumes for the complete year to 51,500 cars - an 80% jump from the previous year.

In 2023, Polestar anticipates worldwide production to rise by almost 60%, likely reaching 80,000 cars. This growth is expected to be driven mainly by strong sales of Polestar 2, and will be further reinforced in the latter part of the year with the first handovers of Polestar 3.
