The Aventador's replacement showcases an impressive plug-in-hybrid powertrain, appealing bodywork, plenty of innovative tech, and increased practicability for its interior. The 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto boasts a 6.5-liter V-12 engine, producing 814 horsepower, now with the addition of three electric motors providing assistance. Although it has limited EV-only range, its immense performance makes up for it.
The Revuelto is primed to be the most powerful Lamborghini to date, and its lowliest launch spec won't detract from this. Its claimed 2.5-second 0-60 mph time may not seem remarkable compared with other cars in the sector, but the 7.0 second run from 0-124 mph will be truly impressive - even faster than the Bugatti Chiron's 6.5 second benchmark!

We have already discussed the powertrain, comprised of hybridised V-12 and carbon-fiber frame, for the successor to the Lamborghini Aventador. Now we unveil the finished model - the 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto.
Boasting the innovative new plug-in hybrid drivetrain with an onboard battery pack and the classic V-12 engine, the Revuelto combines two seemingly contradicting elements. It is said to have made its mark in a bullfight in Spain during the 1880s.

Powerful Plug-In Hybrid
The Revuelto packs a powerful 814-hp 6.5-liter V-12, bolstered by three electric motors that make it capable of an impressive combined peak of 1001 horsepower. This hybrid setup has two motors mounted on the front axle for torque vectoring and dynamic L4-L5 power control, as well as a third motor built into the eight-speed DCT transmission. A 3.8-kWh battery pack sitting between the seats gives 187 hp, but is distributed to the 147-hp electric motors according to demands. Notably, this car can transfer power between either end in EV mode, unlike its rival the SF90 Stradale.

The battery can be recharged from the inside of the front luggage compartment, suggesting it was designed for rare occasions. More interesting is the V-12 option; this converts the rear electric motor into a generator, allowing the battery pack to be fully charged within six minutes.
