Apple today unveiled Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro, two revolutionary applications that enable video and music creators to take their creativity to all-new heights on iPad.

The new versions of the apps introduce touch interfaces, allowing users to collaborate in-the-moment with the immediacy and intuitiveness of Multi-Touch. Final Cut Pro for iPad offers a robust set of tools to capture, edit, finish and share work from a single device.
Logic Pro for iPad puts professional music creation capabilities into the hands of creators wherever they go — complete with a comprehensive array of songwriting, beat making, recording, editing and mixing tools. Both apps will be available on the App Store as subscriptions starting Tuesday May 23rd.

Pro camera mode on an iPad brings more control to the creative process. Shoot high-quality footage in either portrait or landscape mode and adjust settings like focus, exposure and white balance manually.
Users can track audio levels, available recording time and in the case of iPad Pro with M2, can even record in ProRes.3 Multicam video editing means clips are automatically synched up for editing, and you can even switch angles with a single tap. Capture, edit and publish from one device even when you're out in the field.
